Join me on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 4pm for a Sound Bath at Yoga on York. Let go of any tension and embrace a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace as you are “bathed” in sound waves. This deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience begins lying down or seated in a comfortable position with eyes closed. Following a brief introduction & guided meditation, a variety of healing instruments are played to support inward focus and connection of the physical and emotional bodies.
Note: This event fills up quickly and the studio has a limited number of blankets and bolsters. Please bring additional mats, cushions, blankets and pillows for comfort, thank you.
